The basic task of the company Vrsi infrastruktura d.o.o. is to ensure, in cooperation with the founder and within the powers delegated to perform utility activities, the permanent and good performance of these activities, with the utmost respect for the environment and public interest of the local community in which the company operates, with the constant care of the satisfaction of its employees as well as all our users service which is the backbone of our present and future management of society.

Company Vrsi infrastruktura d.o.o. was established in 2010., registered in the court register with the master color of subject registration 02790807, while OIB is 82024419318. The headquarters of the Company is in Vrsi, at the address Dr. Franjo Tuđman 6.

The founder and member of the trading company is the Municipality Vrsi with the basic role of 100% of the share capital.

The bodies of the Municipal Company are the Assembly, the Supervisory Board and the Management Board.

Notice of how to file a written complaint to a consumer
All complaints should be submitted in writing to the following address: Vrsi infrastruktura d.o.o., Consumer Complaints Commission, Dr. Franjo Tuđman 6, 23235 Vrsi.

The Commission is obliged to respond in writing to consumers on the received complaints within 30 days of receipt of the complaint.
